  • Prepare a Sponsorship & Exhibition Prospectus including providing advice on package items, options and inclusions
  • Provide Committee details of any sponsor/exhibitor enquiries received
  • Administration of sponsor/exhibitor bookings including confirmations, invoices etc
  • Once booked, manage and co-ordinate all arrangements for the exhibition and sponsors
  • Management of the booth floor space allocation, structure and design
  • Create and distribute exhibitor and sponsor checklists
  • Onsite (and in the lead up to the event), ensure all sponsor/exhibitor package inclusions are provided
  • Prepare, test and circulate online survey to sponsors/exhibitors
  • Drafting of thank you letters to sponsors/exhibitors
  • Finalise databases and statistics in electronic format

  • Research potential sponsors/exhibitors
  • Approach these potential and distribute the Prospectus to potentials
  • Follow up contact
  • Keep accurate database of feedback
