Marketing Plan
- Research appropriate marketing avenues
- Prepare marketing plan for Committee approval
- Implement strategies and tactics in marketing plan
- This usually includes website listings, industry/allied industry advertising and promotion, direct mail and online marketing
- Marketing to registered attendees of relevant event information (i.e. programme release, new speakers etc)
- Distribution of marketing collateral (posters, flyers, postcards etc)
- Write and produce monthly enewsletters
Graphic Design and Print Production
- Effectively brief graphic designer to obtain highest quality, relevant event branding
- Write and co-ordinate event materials
- Manage the design and printing of all marketing collateral (such as registration brochure, handbook, website, signage)
- Design, preparation and distribution of event attendee collateral including marketing packs, satchels, name tags, lanyards and certificates of attendance
Website
- Develop an event branded information website (utilising website templates via AEM’s event software)
- Develop website content and source images
- Ensure website has ability to link to the event registration site and abstract submission site (if applicable)
- Manage regular updates to website
