Marketing Plan

  • Research appropriate marketing avenues
  • Prepare marketing plan for Committee approval
  • Implement strategies and tactics in marketing plan
    • This usually includes website listings, industry/allied industry advertising and promotion, direct mail and online marketing
  • Marketing to registered attendees of relevant conference information (i.e. programme release, new speakers etc)
  • Distribution of marketing collateral (posters, flyers, postcards etc)
  • Write and produce monthly enewsletters

Graphic Design and Print Production

  • Effectively brief graphic designer to obtain highest quality, relevant event branding
  • Write and co-ordinate Conference materials
  • Manage the design and printing of all marketing collateral (such as registration brochure, handbook, website, signage)
  • Design, preparation and distribution of conference attendee collateral including marketing packs, satchels, name tags, lanyards and certificates of attendance

Website

  • Develop a conference branded information website (utilising website templates via AEM’s event software)
  • Develop website content and source images
  • Ensure website has ability to link to the event registration site and abstract submission site (if applicable)
  • Manage regular updates to website
