• Provide advice to Committee on networking/social programme options which will be attractive to attendees
  • Research suitable venues and provide venue comparison report to Committee
  • Organise site inspections with preferred venue(s)
  • Negotiate value adds and best contract conditions
  • Recommend and administer guest speakers/entertainers
  • Recommend and manage styling/themeing suppliers
  • Ongoing liaison and management in regard to logistics, timings, catering, staging and audio visual, floor plans and room requirements
  • Provide advice on menu selections, including co-ordination of any special meal or cultural requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive event order and ensure supplier provided information matches
  • Organise pre-event meeting between AEM and venue/supplier to run through all aspects of the event
