Planning & Committee Consultation

  • Develop a Project Plan
  • Assist in the preparation of Organising Committee meetings (agenda, action reports) and attendance at Committee meetings
  • Create a task schedule and monitor scheduled deadlines
  • Provide advice on event planning and logistics
  • Provide regular updates to the committee on registration statistics etc
  • Centralised office/postal address for Conference correspondence

 

Post Event Evaluation & Reporting

  • Prepare, test and circulate online survey to attendees
  • Drafting of thank you letters to key stakeholders
  • Finalise databases and statistics in electronic format
  • Provide comprehensive final conference report including all statistics, analysis of the survey and key learnings
