• Provide an onsite Conference management team experienced in running complex events
  • Ensure staffing of a dedicated registration desk at the Conference venue with an appropriate level of Absolute Events & Marketing staff
  • Inspect all event spaces prior to ‘doors open’ to ensure all is set up as per event order
  • Hold a briefing meeting with key venue staff each morning
  • Ongoing liaison with food and beverage team to ensure attendee catering needs are met
  • Monitoring of onsite programme timings to ensure sessions are kept to scheduled time
  • Ongoing liaison with audio visual team and Chairpersons
  • Assist presenters to ensure they have everything they require
  • Work with Committee, staff (and volunteers if being utilised) to ensure smooth running of the event
  • Ensure active engagement with attendees, sponsors/exhibitors and stakeholders to facilitate rapid response to any changes
