Administration
- Prepare a Sponsorship & Exhibition Prospectus including providing advice on package items, options and inclusions
- Provide Committee details of any sponsor/exhibitor enquiries received
- Administration of sponsor/exhibitor bookings including confirmations, invoices etc
- Once booked, manage and co-ordinate all arrangements for the exhibition and sponsors
- Management of the booth floor space allocation, structure and design
- Create and distribute exhibitor and sponsor checklists
- Onsite (and in the lead up to the event), ensure all sponsor/exhibitor package inclusions are provided
- Prepare, test and circulate online survey to sponsors/exhibitors
- Drafting of thank you letters to sponsors/exhibitors
- Finalise databases and statistics in electronic format

- Research potential sponsors/exhibitors
- Approach these potential and distribute the Prospectus to potentials
- Follow up contact
- Keep accurate database of feedback
