- Provide advice to Committee on networking/social programme options which will be attractive to attendees
- Research suitable venues and provide venue comparison report to Committee
- Organise site inspections with preferred venue(s)
- Negotiate value adds and best contract conditions
- Recommend and administer guest speakers/entertainers
- Recommend and manage styling/themeing suppliers
- Ongoing liaison and management in regard to logistics, timings, catering, staging and audio visual, floor plans and room requirements
- Provide advice on menu selections, including co-ordination of any special meal or cultural requirements
- Prepare comprehensive event order and ensure supplier provided information matches
- Organise pre-event meeting between AEM and venue/supplier to run through all aspects of the event
