Your Support Team
Susan and Chris are ably supported by a team of professionals who assist as required with
registration processing, sponsorship and exhibition sales, and onsite registration staffing. We have a highly detailed-oriented part-time Accounts Officer who utilises MYOB for both the business and client accounts. Maureen has many years experience in accounts payable and receivable areas and ensures all accounts are managed in an efficient manner.
When needed, we may employ a professional telemarketer (experienced in the event industry and attuned to sponsor needs) to undertake the initial cold calling of sponsors and exhibitors. However, the ongoing relationship management with the sponsors and exhibitors is managed by Chris and Susan.
Our other staff, who are experienced in customer service, registration services and administration, are contracted to assist with onsite registration staffing, name tag collation and other tasks as required (both in the lead up to the event and whilst onsite). These team members are people with whom we have worked in the past and who understand, and meet our high service levels
This structure allows us to have lower overheads which provides better pricing to clients.
