• Development of a securely hosted registration website with event branding
    • This usually includes options for attendees to register at different registration types, indicate attendance at social events, book accommodation as well as advise any special dietary or access needs, or answer any marketing questions
  • Provide secure online payment (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) as well as EFT payment options
  • Provide attendees with registration confirmation and tax invoices
  • Chase outstanding payments pre and post event
  • Respond to any attendee queries (phone, email or fax)
  • Provide the Committee with links to real-time registration reports including breakdown by registration type, name, address, contact details etc
  • For any international attendee, communicate and register Conference with the Federal Department of Immigration and Border Protection to facilitate ease of entry
  • Provide onsite registration and attendee services during complete event
  • Staffing of the onsite registration desk with appropriately trained AEM team members
  • Develop and produce of participant welcome kits including name tags, function tickets and any special requirements or messages
  • Ensure privacy of attendees is respected through compliance with the Privacy Act and Spam Act
